Ganesha Seated With Shiva and Parvati
Father
Lord Shiva is the father of Lord Ganesha. He is also known as Eshanputra signifying his relation with Lord Shiva.

Mother(s)
Ganesha is known as Gaurisutra, meaning the son of Goddess Gauri or Parvati. He is also known as Umaputra and Shambhavi to venerate him as son of Goddess Parvati.

Goddess Parvati is human incarnation of Shakti the Goddess of Creation herself.  She is also known as Uma and is believed to be born as Sati in her previous form to King Daksha.

Goddess Parvati manifests as Goddess Lakshmi and Goddess Saraswati in her benevolent forms. Durga and Kali are her furious forms. She was born to King Himavat (the ruler of Himalyan Mountains) and Queen Meena.

River Ganga is elder sister of Goddess Parvati. Some legends have that Ganesha was born from the waters of Ganga. Hence he is said to have two mother. His name Dvaimatura. In another legend, He is the adopted son of Goddess Lakshmi.  Hence Ganesha is also known as Dvaimatura, which means son of two mothers.

Brother
The Lord Ganesha has a brother named Kartikeya (Murugan or Skanda or Kumara Swamy or Subramanya). He is also known as Sandapurvajia to reverate his association with Lord Skanda.

Skanda rides a peacock and is the commander of celestial armies. There are conflicting views on who is the elder sibling of two. There is an interesting story related to two brother - read here 'The Intelligent Ganesha'.

Sister
Ganesha has a sister named Goddess Manasa (meaning the Goddess who fulfils the wishes of devotees).

Goddess Manasa is the snake goddess. She is worshiped to prevent snakebites and infectious diseases such as smallpox, chicken pox and measles. She is also believed to bestow prosperity and fertility. Thus she represents both destruction and regeneration.

In pictorial or sculptural depictions, Goddess Manasa is shown with her body adorned with snakes. She is either seated in a lotus blossom or stands on a body of snake. The hood of snake us seven faced and us raised above the head of Goddess. Strangely, the Goddess Manasa is seen as one eyed goddess. In some presentations, she is seen carrying Astika - her son on her lap.

Wives, Sons and Daughter
Ganesha Franked By Riddhi Siddhi
Lord Ganesha was married to the twin sisters - Riddhi and Siddhi who were daughters of Lord Brahma. He has two sons named Shubh and Labh. Goddess Santosthi, the Goddess of contentment is daughter of Lord Ganesha.

However, one school of thought holds that Ganesha had taken a vow of celibacy and hence, was never married.
