10. Ganesh Visarjan - Introduction
Ganeshotsav (Ganesh-Utsav) commences on the day of Ganesha Chaturthi. The festival culminates on the day of Anant Chaturdashi when final immersions are carried out. The Ganesha Visarjan is called Vinayaka Nimajjanam in Telugu speaking regions.
